1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate address with a nearby landmark to avoid delivery delays.
2. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery
Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to all orders across Pakistan.
Free Shipping: We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders above Rs. 50,000.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of a return or exchange.
3. Delivery Timeline
Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 4 working days.
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 6 working days.
Order Processing: Orders placed before 3:00 PM are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Self-Pickup Option
If you prefer to inspect the item in person or want to save on shipping time, you can choose the Self-Pickup option.
Customers can visit our physical location in Faisalabad to collect their orders.

5. Order Verification & Dispatch
Every order is verified via Phone Call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
For high-value items (Gaming Laptops, iPhones, etc.), a partial advance payment may be required as per our Terms & Conditions.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules
Please keep the exact cash amount ready for the courier representative.
Important: Courier companies in Pakistan do not allow customers to open the parcel before payment. To protect yourself and ensure a valid claim, customers must record a mandatory unboxing video as per our Refund Policy.
7. Delayed or Damaged Shipments
While we aim for timely delivery, delays can occur due to weather conditions, strikes, or courier-related issues.
If your package appears heavily damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and contact us immediately at mysupport@bestbuytek.pk.
