1. User Account & Registration
To place an order, users must register and create a personal account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You must provide accurate and current information (Phone number, Email, and Address). Providing fake information may lead to account suspension.
2. Product Information & Pricing
We strive to provide accurate descriptions for all New and Pre-owned (Used) gadgets.
For Pre-owned items, the condition is mentioned clearly. Please read the description and view provided images before ordering.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations or currency changes.
3. Order Verification & Partial Advance Payment
Placing an order does not mean it is automatically confirmed. Best Buy Tek reserves the right to call or WhatsApp the customer for Order Verification.
Partial Advance: For high-value items (such as Gaming Laptops or high-end iPhones), customers may be required to pay a partial advance amount (e.g., delivery charges or a small percentage) to confirm the order. The remaining balance will be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD).
If a customer refuses to pay the required partial advance for high-value items, the order will be cancelled.
4. Shipping & Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Pakistan.
Customers must pay the remaining amount in cash to the courier representative at the time of delivery.
Open-parcel delivery is not allowed by courier services. To ensure safety, customers must follow our Unboxing Video requirement for any claims.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
If a customer cancels an order after it has been dispatched, our team will reach out to understand the reason and guide the customer regarding our policies.
We do not immediately block accounts for a single cancellation. However, we encourage responsible shopping to avoid delivery costs and resource wastage. Repeated cancellations without valid reasons may lead to future restrictions on COD services for that account.
6. Proper Use of the Website
You may not use this website for any fraudulent or illegal activity.
Attempting to hack, spam, or disrupt the website services is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Best Buy Tek will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our products.
While we provide a 7-day checking warranty, any damage caused by the user (physical damage or software tampering) voids all liability of the store.
